Merrist Wood, one of Guildford's much loved venues for both conferencing and banqueting, welcomes a variety of celebrations and special events including birthdays, weddings, christenings, anniversaries, dinner dances,  etc  all year round.

Our function Suite, designed in a contemporary style with the emphasis on luxury and elegance,  is the ideal venue to celebrate your special occasion.  With stunning views across the golf course, ample free parking, and a convenient accessible location we have plenty to offer.  You can also enjoy the benefits of a bar full of natural daylight, alfresco dining on the patio and, if booking an evening function, a great party atmosphere.

Our flexible function facilities mean we can cater for 20 to 120 for a formal sit down meal, or up to 250 guests for an informal party.  With a wide range of packages also available we are able to suit every function from a 3 course meal through to a BBQ or finger buffet.  Our pricing is made up of room hire, food and beverage, allowing us to have the ability to tailor your every need.

Our dedicated food and beverage team will work closely with you from the time of booking until the big day to make sure your function is a complete success, giving you the confidence that everything is fully organised and prepared prior to your guests arrival.
